By using Flowmail, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Service

Flowmail is a desktop email client. We provide access through Google OAuth and store access tokens only to provide the service.

Your Responsibilities

• Use Flowmail in compliance with applicable laws.
• Keep access to your Google account secure.
• Do not misuse or interfere with the service.

Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Bypass security or access restrictions.
• Use the service to violate the rights of others.

Third-Party Services

Flowmail relies on third-party services such as Google OAuth and PostHog for error tracking. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account through the desktop app by opening the profile page. This will remove your stored profile data and tokens.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Flowmail if you violate these terms or if required to protect the service.

Disclaimer

Flowmail is provided \"as is\" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowmail will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the \"Last updated\" date above when changes are made.
